「Definitely, this is a great hotel to visit and stay. The service is completely excellent and the dinning is fabulous to us. In our room had some problems in showing room, but the staff fixed and later change our room very quickly. We all had a very happy trip and memories there. We spend four nights!! Breakfast is nice and dinning service is even better!! Very recommend to foreigners.」

「1.BaiDinh飯店熱水有待加強，住宿的第一天使用三至五分鐘即無熱水可用，第二天狀況有改善，設備應加強與更新。2.因熱水器缺失，從二樓換至一樓，依然出現同樣問題，但員工對於熱水器缺失不以為意，表示因為使用不當或過度，並非設備缺失，態度不佳，疑似以越南文與其同事抱怨。3.BaiDinh飯店與BaiDinh古剎寺宇比鄰，如有安排同名園區的行程，建議入住此飯店，約三點五小時可以飽覽周遭景色，如行程於下午二至三時開始，更能享受百萬夜景。」

「一大早到寧平、入住這家飯店，老板娘很好，讓我們吃免費的早餐，因爲入住時間是下午兩點，所以我們麻煩老闆娘幫我們叫車出遊，回到飯店也晚了，老板娘讓我們入住在邊間的房間，床很大，因爲怕蚊子，進到房間，就把房間門窗關上，沒有補蚊燈、沒有紗窗、還好現在不會太熱，但是廁所的味道就不是很好 ，且緊臨隔壁，星期日又party 到很晚，吵得不得了，因爲是住兩晚，第二晚因為門窗關緊，廁所卻臭到不行 ，打掃人員知情，卻只能打開抽風機，住的環境真的讓人無法忍受，整晚電風扇都ㄧ直吹，上廁所要戴口罩，可想而知，多恐怖的住宿，由於他們英語溝通不好，也只好忍著，不建議住此，交通亦不方便」

「I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. 」

「It was a special treat to stay here. If you have a motorbike and want to stay out of the crowds of tam coc for part of your visit it’s an easy 25 minute ride to all points of interest there. The place is full of amazing ponds that look like a fairy tale. We spent 2 nights and were the only guests. They made us dinner both nights. The hosts were amazing. The pool is giant and deep, but was empty and being cleaned. I loved the stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants some piece and quiet...

「We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. 「Beautiful serene accomodation middle of mountains and rice paddies. Can’t be better than this. Bed was very comfortable and quiet. Room had all the amenities required for the stay. Shower was nice and hot. Swimming pool was amazingly clean and big to soak long day at Ninh Binh. Breakfast was so delicious and just enough of options. We accidentally broke the shower gel container at the room and costs 150,000 VND. But the lovely lady at the reception waived it for us. She even spoke to the grab...

「The photos online do not do this place justice, it is an absolute paradise, I literally felt like I was sleeping in a tropical jungle, the setting was the best throughout my whole trip in Vietnam. The owners are friendly, they have an on site massage room that can take 3 people at a time, they call in staff from the local town and was only £10 for 1 hour. It is an instagram setting. The pool was amazing and well kept, it is surrounded by rooms and felt like a villa. 」
