The Retreat Cottages are Devine. Nice space, furnishings, and linens. The location is very private. You can see the stars in the evening sky! The staff was very kind and helpful.

What a gem in Franschhoek - seriously amazing staff - the warm welcome we received and continuous excellent service throughout the stay makes this place - a gem! The unit was spotless and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Just check the bottle opener - bad quality and not in working order. Also the cushions on the bed needs to be repalced.

Room in need of some repairs and not very clean. Manager was very poor, couldn’t accept any criticism and for the last 4 days we were completely ignored!
