「We had a pleasant stay overall. The house was clean and tidy, with a good heating system that kept the place comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for cooking, which was very convenient. We also really enjoyed the Jacuzzi during our stay. The only feedback we would mention is that it was sometimes difficult to reach the host when needed. Additionally, the shower in the bathroom did not have enough water pressure. 「Great location for going into town. Parking around the corner …no A/c as looked like it just opened. Overall very good place to stay when in York! One piece of advice fans for their guests.」

「Second time staying here. Nice room with all the facilities you need. Bed a bit small. Getting in the property using the GOKI app they said to download didn’t work. Stuck outside for 15 mins trying to get it to work. All info requested entered but still said not checked in. In the end used the key code. All in all can’t fault it really, location right in the centre of Harrogate. I park in west park car park on tower road next to Travelodge as 24 hour parking for £9.00.」
