「Five stars place. Great location, safe and quiet, just off High Str with shops and restaurants. Allocated parking space. Well furnished flat, fast wifi. Slept like a log. Communication wirh the host great, host very helpful. Would stay again」

Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank.
