「We had a one night stay, everything was really good, clean room and linens a comfy bed and good breakfast! and a short drive into beautiful Alnick」

「Room was beautiful with amazing shower. It was lovely and warm despite temperatures outside! There were lots of helpful extras like bath robes, toiletries, tea, coffee and even shortbread! Breakfast was delicious and service was excellent. 」

「Very clean, lovely staff, great parking and good bar. However, the room was freezing and had to sleep in my coat. Radiator never came on even though it was set to high. Also, need more than just 1 sachet of milk.」

「Its new and clean and very well thought-out, very quiet and comfortable. The food at dinner and breakfast was very good and also the service with just a couple of minor issues. The biggest concern was the car park at the bottom of the hill, with lots of steps in the dark, wind and rain : not so pleasant. Drop of luggage at the reception is strongly advised.」

「Lovely room, lovely staff. The only thing was it was slightly chilly in the room as the window wouldn’t close properly as the cable was going out for the Christmas lights. However this was also not helped by the windy weather 」

「We paid 90 pounds for a 3 single-beded room but got a 70 ponds room. The staff said it not possible to chang the room but are willing to return our money back. The staff is friendly but somehow we still frustrated about the negotiations.」
