「Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay 」

「Lovely English country house with a beautiful garden located right on Dartmoor so it’s a great starting point for exploring the area (I explored by foot only). The highlight of the hotel is its elegant and luxurious spa. Fabulous breakfast served. Lovely dinner options at The Blue Tiger. Spacious room and very comfortable bed. I would happily return! 」

「The hotel was excellent, very clean and well maintained. The views from the room was outstanding. On the hotel website it states that "early check-in is possibly if you ask at reception" we asked at reception and was informed that you cannot check-in before 3pm. Could you please amend your website to avoid any confusion? 」

「Room was very comfortable, staff are friendly, foods is excellent. But, it needs improvement in car park facilities, an additional staff for parking may be better at peak season.」

「Very helpful, friendly staff, delicious food, luxurious hotel, loved my huge room and bathroom (best shower ever!), parking available on the street and in the garage, and on the seafront, about 10 minutes walk into town. Brilliant experience.」
