"Front desk wonderful (Ms. Kelly), location & surroundings (felt safe), peaceful sleep. My only complaint is that house keeping need to pay more attention/ take time and thoroughly clean especially bathroom. besides that its an ok place "

"Tears in the sheets, and plastic liner in bed. Only 2 pillows, 2 towels, 2 soaps, no shampoo.. very light on the extras. The location is great and the price was right, so that was good"

"The conditions of the room was terrible. It was not clean. It was stuff left from the last person who stayed in the room. The sheets were not clean. They had stains on them. My daughter had to shower in shoes because the bathroom was so filthy. After complaining to the front desk she responded with “what’s the problem? What do you want me to do?” They refused to move us to a cleaner room so the very next morning we checked out. The customer service is terrible. The last yells and refuses to help...
