Room and products in the room (e.g., sheets, comforters, shower curtains, etc.) were not clean and had visible marks/stains. I did NOT inform the staff as I did not expect anything to change.

Best Western Hampton Coliseum Inn
The room was clean and the area was accessible. There was no use of amenities so since pool was closed. Staff was very helpful and prompt.

Staff were great. Plenty of shops near by including restaurants. Did have to have my keycard reset multiple times, really only complaint.
