Wonderful experience
What a beautiful Inn. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you would need for an overnight stay. The Inn keeper was incredibly friendly and the location is perfect for parking your car and walking into the main town. My wife and I had an excellent experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful b&b in prime location - walking distance to wharf, restaurants and shops. Great breakfast and friendly staff! Only down fall was we were in a room on the first floor that is connected to the dining room and the windows were very close to the street so we didn’t have much privacy.

This was our first time in Newport and this inn did not disappoint. The inns keeper met us in the parking lot and greeted us. The room was very nice and the breakfast in the morning was one to remember. It was an all around great experience.

The Newport Inn is a perfectly located, beautifully renovated old house on Spring Street in Newport. Cindy and Lisa, innkeepers, were very hospitable and served delicious gourmet breakfasts each morning.

Excellent B&B experience.
The young lady who manages the Inn was very courteous and helpful. She made sure we were comfortable and helped us in knowing the way to the event we were going to nearby later that evening, The young man who assists her was also very helpful getting our luggage to the upstairs room. The challenge of upgrading a house built in the 1800's with new bathroom facilities, floors and painted surfaces while maintaining the era design of the house was very well accomplished in this place. Clean and well managed place to stay.

This was an excellent find, last minute trip to Newport
Not sure about other room sizes but the Seaview suite we stayed in is a Must. Cindy & Lisa were awesome from start to finish. Excellent gourmet breakfast.
Be prepared for Steep stairs .. walking distance to Thames & Wharf.

The staff at the Newporr Inn were fantastic. They were very personable and tried their very best to see to our every need. I had the privilege of staying in the Seaview suite the night before and after my wedding day. They were so accommodating and even wanted to share in the special day. Upon leaving they gave my husband and I a written card congratulating us. The room was spectacular and spacious offering us the space we needed to get ready for the wedding. Thank you again for such a great experience!

Lovely top floor suite. I sat on the balcony every early morning with my coffee and watch the bay. It was a quiet location. The third floor stairs are steep. No elevator. I highly recommend this Inn.

Could not find one bad thing to say!! Located just a block away from Thames and walking distance to any restaurant you can think to eat at. Friendly staff...shoutout to Cindy for even organizing mailing back one of my favorite shirts I left behind by accident.
Would return and recommend to anyone traveling to Newport.
