I called for a late check in and got a very pleasant and helpful woman who spoke regular American english! It was refreshing to actually get good customer service without having to try and decipher gibberish. It is a very nice roadside motel. Exactly what I needed, a clean comfortable room that I could park directly on front of,a nice shower with fixtures that were completely functional and worked as expected. It was refreshing to stay in what used to be nearly every motel in America.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful and accommodating of our delayed flight that lead to delayed check in. I couldn’t get a hold of the property directly to let them know of this issue but Expedia reached them very quickly and was very helpful. Very appreciative of the property working with our late arrival. I believe my room was less used but my partners had extra blankets/pillows and some welcome candies. Rooms a bit humid but I had a comfortable sleep and it was great having a fridge and microwave amenities. The property outlines their procedures for check out in the other rooms (but not in mine) but appreciated.

We stayed at Newport Motel for one night, and everything was excellent. Patrick was extremely helpful, providing great recommendations on places to eat and attractions to visit. His advice made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Newport Motel to others.

Nice staff. Room was old, paint chipping off bathroom door. Smelled moldy. Some plugs did not work. It was my only option, so I had to stay there. Next time I would travel a bit further for better accommodations.
