This is a great location in Newport. Lots to do in walking distance. Indoor/outdoor pool year round. Great for families. We went during Restaurant week so that was a bonus!

No hot water so no showers, no toilet paper in room, ice machine out of order. And then we were lied to about booking a time share meeting and completely waisted our vacation. Couldnt wait to get home and take a shower

This property had a beautiful view, conveniently located and walkable, with easy parking. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and who wouldn't want to walk around the wharf? Friendly, helpful locals wherever we went. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous location with excellent views, but the hotel area where we stayed was TIRED. Tear that old structure down and build something worthy of your fabulous location.
