「First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

「The beds were the comfiest hotel beds ever! The hotel smelled pleasant and clean. Pool was nice but a little cooler, the fire pits weren’t turned on, it was 10am but the hours were supposed to start at 9am. The room needed more towels and wash clothes. We had 4 of us (double beds) and only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes. Desk lady was nice at check in but didn't give us directiond to find our room or times/places for the pool and breakfast til we asked. Would Definitely stay again!! 」

「The best customer service I have had this year! Check in person called and made sure everything was good when we got to room. Coming back from concert friendly staff letting us know the bar was open to come have some drinks. 10/10 stay this weekend! 」
