"There is no A/C! When the description said it had a fan for each room, I assumed it was in addition to the standard A/C... Nope. It was hot and stuffy, no good movie channels on cable. Not worth $289.00 for two nights! The staff were fine but you are better of at a motel 6 with A/C and an updated facility. Ps you are on highway 101 and if you need to keep your window open for air flow which we did, get used to trucks passing by day and night."

"The manager Harry was especially helpful, polite, kind, and welcoming. We appreciate his professionalism. He clearly cares about the property and offering great customer service! The room was delightful and large. The queen beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was just right. We really enjoyed our stay here. The price was really fair considering it's the summer season. We will stay here each time we visit the Newport area. Thank you!"

"The pool and hot tub were very clean and kids loved. The weight room is very minimal could use some other weights/ machines. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience"

"The manager was a bit rude .. you work in customer service try to be a little nicer to people (Heather ) I understand she tried explaining to us we were trying to stay in the same room instead of moving rooms but she was a bit rude to me . The property can use some maintenance we didn’t have a gd nite sleep our neighbors had kids we had wanted to come and rest for our anniversary but we didn’t get to stay the second night . Phiona V"
