"They let us check in early. They let us check out late for a reasonable fee. The property was very nice. I'm glad we had the breakfast included in our booking otherwise, I would have considered it too expensive and would have gone off the premises to eat. The staff at the desk was excellent. "Lovely hotel in a very central location next to the Newport Pier, with many good restaurants, bars, cafes around. The hotel was perfectly clean, very charming, and had a fabulous view from the 2 terraces. The Staff was always lovely and very helpful. If you are a light sleeper and like to sleep in late you may find it a bit hard to sleep later in the morning as guests start having breakfast in the terrace which is adjacent to most rooms. The breakfast is very good and included with your stay, by the way! "
