"The parking is awesome. We have a 24’ boat we tow behind a 20’ truck and they are able to accommodate us. Parking is free. Each time we go there our reservation is different in the hotel vs what we reserve on Amazon. This last time we reserved a pet friendly queen and the room assigned to us was not one of their pet friendly rooms so we had to start the process all over again The last time we went I called in to their phone system. It is all AI. I was disconnected aver 5 times and made the reservation for my husband but used my name the 5th time I called back to make the reservation. I was not with my husband. There had to be numerous phone calls to verify that I would give my reservation to him so he could stay there."

"Was so pleasantly surprised by our stay here. Great facilities with the gym and pool, really lovely and friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean room looking into the trees was perfect for our family of 4."

"I stay at this hotel every single time I come to Nanaimo. The location is exceptional. The views are amazing. It's fun to watch the planes and boats come in and out of the harbour, right from the window of your room. It's an old building (apparently the old opera house),but that's parts of it's boutique charm. Parking lot is small, so kinda tough if you have a large vehicle, but the location and staff are great. "

"kitchen in room was great had nice fireplace, balcony and soaker tub was nice. didn't get to enjoy and relax as I got glass in my foot first night and found more glass in room as we looked around. manager was amazing and has booked us in a suit for my fiance birthday and she dealt with it right away and I'm very satisfied how she dealt with it "

"It was just okay. The disabled parking was not adequate and people used it without a placard. Also a semi was parked and at times it used two spaces. "
