"We were in a room that had been partially refurbished. It was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the lounge chair really needed replacing as did the table. The cleaning staff were very accommodating "

"Room smelt musty, all furniture needs a good deep clean, otherwise lovely area to stay, toilet and shower block very clean and in good working order. "

"Wonderful stay! Views to the water over the native landscaping were lovely. Liked the high ceilings and large bathroom. Liked option of leaving door or windows open for fresh air. Friendly reception after a long drive was nice. I had an interconnecting room, and unfortunately the couple next to it came in late and had the tv up loud. Next time I’ll request one with non connecting door and will be perfect."

"The bedroom ceiling light is not working, Motel owner did not check it before we arrive and could not fix it. Refused to change a room for us and told me i can leave if not happy with it. His attitude was disrespectful. He later gave us bedside side lamp and next day said can't fix the issue as electrician doesn't work on Sunday. The toaster was dirty, drink cup was not clean, bed sheet had marks and stain on it. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. We had a two-bedroom cabin which was clean, comfortable and warm on what was a cold windy night. Really liked the cabin features such as the separate toilet and bathroom, and large open-plan kitchen/living/dining room. Appreciated having a hot shower at the end of a long day! Only minor complaint was that we had in two cars, but we were only allowed access for one on site, which meant a lot of trips from the car to the cabin with our gear. Overall, a very pleasant stay."
