「Very disappointing stay. Check-in was listed as 2 PM but we were told 4 PM and had to wait in the parking lot for nearly two hours. The first room was dirty with unmade beds, and the second room was also poorly cleaned (dirty bathroom, wrinkled sheets, surfaces not properly cleaned). The steps to the parking area were also a fall hazard. The only positive was the kind check-in staff, but overall cleanliness, safety, and communication were unacceptable. Would not return.」

「The property has a lot offer in summer. We went during winter. Rooms are falling apart, dirty and more. Staff wasn't friendly. There no breakfast included as advertised. During summer yes. An updated web site would have been nice. I would have stayed at another one. Price for my stay was rediculous seeing as it was regular rate for summer. Never again. We found nicer places for less after so next time will stay somewhere else that will have breakfast included no matter the season」
