The people responsible for keeping luggage are nice. The service desk was ok, but everytime i tried to ask any question i gave up waiting as they spent several minutes on phone and I needed to wait, and there was only one attendet. The elevators are very old and slow, the corridors' carpet old and kinda dirty. But the irritating thing is the maid knocking the door early asking us to checkout 3 hours before the checkout time while me and my wife were in the bathroon. We could not answer right away properly, and she was just getting into the room and almost got us in an embarasing moment. This was one of the worst experiences i have ever faced in any Hotel. And i am not the first to complain. When i read this feom other guests I thought they would have fix it, but no. Actually, it got worse. This is not 4-star Hotel at all.
