After our flight home was cancelled, we needed another hotel at the last minute. We were able to get a room at the Avion. It was close to LaGuardia and very reasonably priced. The room was a little cramped and difficult to move around, especially for my disabled husband. But, it served our purpose of a place to sleep while we spent another night in NYC. They offer a free grab and go breakfast, which consisted of a granola bar, a prepackaged pastry, a room-temp bottle of apple juice, and a piece of fruit. There is a few shuttle that goes to the airport every half hour in the morning and evening.
It could have been cleaner. I found dirt and some small broken hair elastics in the corners of the bathroom floor. It was also very loud with traffic noise. But as I said, it was a place to sleep at a reasonable price.
