Staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and adequately sized for Japanese standards. The hotel is located multiple subway lines making it easy to move around the city. Breakfast was well stocked with some items rotating throughout our stay. They have tables and chairs for about 20 people in the lobby breakfast area with takeout containers available for those who prefer to eat in their rooms. Lots of convenience stores, a grocery store, and many restaurants across the price spectrum within a few minutes walk.

Very nice hotel, it was very clean and the staff are very polite. There was a complementary free breakfast which was a bonus. Each day there was something different to have which was great and the food itself was very nice.

Typical Toyoko Inn quality if you are familiar with the chain. Rooms are on the small side but very clean and functional. Breakfast is included but this particular location have limited seating so at times it can be crowded. You may have to wait your turn at a table while holding your food. Choice of items for breakfast is ok. I've seen much more elaborate setups at other Toyoko Inns but those locations have more space. This is metropolitan Tokyo after all.

Great Location

Great location only 5 mins walk from Metro Station which is also direct train link to Narita airport without changes. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Room compact but very big bed. Had everything you could need. Highly recommend for a stay in Tokyo

All the staff were nice and room was fine. Breakfast was great and they managed to provide different food from day to day. There was only one elevator but I never had to wait for too long. Close to several metro lines and there was a train that takes you to Narita or Haneda (or bring you from the airport) directly.
