Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
"The rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. There were however very long wait times for basic things like checking in and breakfast. The elevators were very dated and not efficient. Waited for about 15 minutes for an elevator to take me from the 18th floor to the lobby."

Empire Hotel
"Hotel Empire's location is perfectly situated near Central Park, Upper West Side restaurants and boutiques, and Lincoln Center. The views up Broadway from the front of the hotel are spectacular. The staff was exceptionally friendly."

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
"Room was small even when we upgraded to the executive. Also expensive and aged. The bathroom fixtures and TV were particularly dated. The ‘free’ breakfast wasn’t really a free breakfast but instead a bagel and a cup of coffee. I paid a lot for this stay and was very disappointed."
