Very average hotel. The rooms are VERY small, with tiny bathroom. The lobby restaurant does not have enough staff to accommodate the hundreds (thousands??) of people looking to purchase coffee and food every morning. Hyatt Regency Times Square
Everything was great but was not sure my itinerary showed when I get to the room my balance was around $178. When I got there I had 2 put $300 2 times on my cards. Hopefully that is not was owed. I paid $2100 ahead of time. But other than that everything was great

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Check-in was easy. Mohammed at the front desk was pleasant and able to get us into the room early. Good location next to Penn Station. No problems at all.
