- Our AC wouldnt turn off, it would only full blast heat or cold air so our room was either freezing or hot the entire stay - You could smell the smoke on the nonsmoking floors which defeats the whole purpose - There is only one microwave for the entire facility in the main lobby of the building - The plus is the rooms were clean and very spacious, the fridge was also way larger then expected 👍

Miedo de estar ahí personas con armas !! Personas agrediendo a otras en la entrada de hotel. Ruido extraños con mucho miedo dormimos una noche y no pudimo quedarme más. Y no reembolsaron ni siquiera una noche

Although the room was clean and reletively new, it was very small, the blanket had a burn hole in it, there was no mirror in the bathroom, I had to request a blow dryer, the bath towels were very small and thin (but clean), the view was horrible and it wasnt in a very nice neighborhood (do not go out after dark). On a positive note, it was very close (20 min walk) to Yankee stadium.

Staff was friendly and helped when my key card wasn’t working. Only problem with the hotel is the limited parking, door handle in the bathroom was broken so I had to leave the door open, and the dimmable lights were hard to turn off sometimes.

The bathroom door knob broke off and I was trapped in the bathroom for 30 min good thing I had my phone after three try’s the receptionist finally answered the phone and I waited another 20 mins for the maid to come open the door I will never go here again
