The hotel has always been wonderful. Unfortunately this time my wife became ill and we were unable to go to the Nailers game and didn’t need the hotel. We were unable to cancel in time to get a refund. I would think that they could give us a credit for the next trip instead of losing the entire cost ...

Oglebay Resort
The first room was not up to par, it was dirty and the bathroom was not clean. The front desk moved us to a different room that was better. They were very welcoming for pets. We at the on site restaurant and the food was very good.
