"Very spacious rooms, and it's easily accessible by subway as there's a stop only 2 minutes on foot away from an exit. Overall any issue with the hotel is a Taipei/New Taipei city problem, specifically in how roads are not even or can be broken and sidewalks can be a hazard to walk on when it's raining. I'd recommend putting a large carpet INSIDE the hotel immediately at the entrance to make sure people don't slip, though the hotel does make every effort to make the bathroom safe as well for seniors to walk in. I love how there's a water dispenser machine on every floor so you can get hot/cold water easily, which is environmentally friendly. There aren't a lot of immediate restaurants nearby but it's easy enough to get just about anything in this area. Housekeeping does a fabulous job in keeping this dated hotel clean. There are also always staff at the door to open doors for you. Overall if I had to stay in New taipei city again I'll be happy to stay here."
