老闆娘人很親切，住宿周圍環境如果不排斥會有自然小動物，像是有蝴蝶之類的，設施上確實比較老舊一點，床、垃圾桶和浴缸周圍的乾淨度還算可以，整體至少不會看到有小蟑螂或蜘蛛什麼的，就是房間外會停蝴蝶而已！還有附早餐。

好的： 1. 新鮮手作早餐很棒 2. 浴室溫泉分2池，可冷熱交替 可改善的： 1. 浴室門鎖故障無法關門 2. 12點過後無法進出大門

一進飯店走廊有霉味，應該是把髒毛巾堆在走廊的關係，隔天早上清走就沒有了，當天晚上睡得不錯，早晨3~4點之前爬起來不知道為何有股油煙味。

服務非常好，人員很親切熱情，還免費幫我升級景觀房，唯一的缺點就是泡湯時會有一些熱情的昆蟲們作伴，且房間的燈光太浪漫了，如果可以亮一點更好，其餘方面都非常好，整體感覺很溫馨，有家的感覺，會是下次住宿的首選。

不值這個錢
整體環境不優，完全不值得這個價錢，入住時櫃檯阿罵很不耐煩，然後帶我們到房間後才在沖洗浴室，結果還是沒沖乾淨，洗手台都是頭髮；衣櫥打開整個霉味完全不敢掛衣服；總而言之就是不推

離烏來老街和台車站近 浴池很大 早餐很棒 唯一缺點隔音不是很好
