The staff were the best, friendly and accommodating. The hotel was in a great location. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I loved that you had crabtree and evelyn products. That was a good surprise. I however would suggest that some of the hall light coverings in the hall were in need of repair and that you should create an area where people can smoke. I do smoke and it was uncomfortable standing in front of your hotel. There were quite a few people smoking. So if you could consider those customers too, it would be good.

I was really looking forward to my 3-day stay, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by some major issues. First, our room wasn't cleaned for an entire day, which was frustrating. But the real shock came when a stranger walked into our room one night. My friend and I were lucky to be right behind him and able to step in. The intruder's excuse that the room was his didn't hold up when he gave us the same room number as ours. The hotel staff apologized and explained that it was a mistake with the room assignment, but it was a serious safety concern for us.

The air conditioner, thermostat, TV, room phone, coffee pot were all broken. The room smelled like burning chemicals / electrical wires. We asked for a refund. Hilton staff said we need to go through Expedia. Hilton has a record of our room issues. Expedia emailed me and said they talked to Hilton staff and that there is not a record of these issues and therefore cannot refund any money. I called Hilton and they said that is not true. They do have a record of these room issues, and that Expedia needed to call back on Mon. March 2nd to speak to a manager. It wasn't until I informed Expedia that I checked to see if they actually called Hilton, that Expedia says they will call Hilton on March 2nd. The hotel staff also told me that the Expedia representative did not even ask about any issues regarding the room or about recorded notes the hotel has. Regardless of who refunds the money, I should not have to pay for a room that had all of the above things broken. Even Hilton staff told us to move rooms because repairs could not be made. Hilton has records of our complaints, and from their Engineer who tried to repair the room.

I feel like the very beginning of the trip started off very well from service and just customer service was top-tier and then I don’t know where it switched, that same quality of room service and customer service just wasn’t there. We requested for room service to come clean our room at 10am because we are having a decorator come to surprise my man for Valentine’s Day and they did not come to clear the room and the decorator had to clear it herself and figure out where to put the Decor and dirty towels, the decorator then also request room service while she was there and no one showed, I was disappointed. we also requested for a late check out not once but twice when we arrived and as when we where leaving but we were informed to request the day of us leaving out. We also checked in on Wednesday just to clarify. on check out morning an employee told us that if we call before 11 AM, we would be able to have a late check out so we do as they say next morning we call and say hey can we request to check out they tell us that we are not able to have a late check out because “the same amount of guest that are leaving or the same amount of guests that are coming in” how was that problem?

Hotel is very difficult to find. You have to pay for parking. The gentleman that checked us in was very rude less to say that customer service at hotel is terrible. I would never stay at this hotel again even if the room was clean and in a nice location.

We had the worst experience ever. They send us to a room that was not ready. Sheets on the floor, no towels and so on. Called the front desk and a guy came with some queen size sheets for our king bed. We had to change the sheet ourselves. They promised the next day the staff will clean up the room and change the sheets. No body showed up. We informed the front deck they kept apologizing but no work was done. The hotel was so under staffed. Never will go back to this hotel.

My room’s bathroom; the sink’s drainage was unusable. Didn’t drain. The showerhead had leak and after it was water all over the floor after shower. Luckily, I was able to connect them w text. They fixed them. But after the engineer left, tge door wasn’t locked (!) and the bathroom was dirty with no towels. I eventually made them fixed, but I cleaned the mess by myself. Otherwise, it was good. I might have been unlucky.

'I had booked the room in December and it was paid in full to have a delux room with king bed and a view. When i got the to check in they said the hotel was overbooked and took them almost 30 minutes to get us a room. Ince we got the room it did not have a view, which i was upset about Esperanto because i booked a room wth ond. I was frustrated and upset dealing with that.

We checked into this hotel for one night post cruise. We discovered that our live tv channels were not working. No one answered the phone so I went down to the front desk. She told me that someone would come up to the room. 2 hours later no one came. We were able to figure out the issue on our own, but could not get the volume to turn up past a whisper. The master volume on the tv was turned down. We went to dinner and when we came back I went down to the front desk again - this was at 6:30pm. I was told that someone would come up. No one ever came up. The next morning when we tried to shower we discovered that there was no way to turn the shower head on, only the tub spout worked. We left as we had a flight to catch. The night stay was cheap, but I do expect a working tv and shower.

It was a terrible experience at this hotel, super dirty, carpet so many stains, everything was dusty the shower dirty. We ask to clean the room and they never did, we stay here for 5 days and they never clean or hotel room. Even when I go to the front desk 2 times to ask them, front desk people are so rude but is the night shift only. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will never recommend it
