「Great room, my only complaint is the unsafe pool conditions. Children were pushing, jumping into the shallow end. Groups of kids would come down the slide and smash into one another. Felt like the pool was at capacity and then some. Water was all over the place which caused kids to slip and land on their back. 」

「Breakfast was well stocked and staff were prompt with cleaning. No GF options labelled, so I avoided any of the bread products. I did have the oatmeal and had no reaction. BONUS: Hard boiled eggs already peeled, and baked beans as a breakfast option! Checkin: had to wait while staff returned to front desk. Lobby had strange smell, likely due to proximity to the pool and restaurant, as that small area had all their doors open. 」

「The room needs one more than one. I realizer maybe that there was only one bed, but the room was rented for two people. I know this is standard in many hotels, but surely they can spare a chair so that the other person doesn't have to sit on a desk chair or sit on the bed. 」

「IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」
