「Liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the free breakfast」

「We started our stay by having lunch in the restaurant. The beer they brew on site was very very good as was the food and the service. Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The only negative was our experience in the pub they have in the basement. It was a mediocre experience. So we recommend the hotel based on our experience with everything except the pub. Plenty of free parking as well」

「Love that there’s a bar / restaurant on property, but the facility just feels old and not well maintained. One elevator was out of service for the entire time, and the remaining one felt like it’s on its last legs, very slow. Room cleaning - one room had prior guests food leftovers still in the fridge, and the other had the toilet seat up & toilet paper roll messy, as if someone had used it since it’d been cleaned.」

「Our stay was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the clean, modern atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast was a highlight—the selection was diverse and delicious, and the chef was exceptionally friendly and welcoming to everyone. I think it would be a perfect experience if the front desk team could match that same level of warmth; a more welcoming tone at check-in and check-out would go a long way in making guests feel truly valued from the moment they arrive.」
