"Extremely helpful and sweet staff. Definitely loved this place. Only bad thing is there’s no elevator. Taking the heavy suitcases upstairs was not good on my knees. Other than that, perfect! Definitely will stay again"

The trip was horrible experience with my 3 and 5 year old we had the wait 2 hours before I could check in or get keys for or loft room with booking with expedia. I will never book with this company again. I was on hold with expedia for 45 minutes
