「A great place to stay for a solo traveler. Glenn communicates very well prior to your arrival. It was easy to “check in” once you get to the residence. The place itself is fantastic. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is perfect, the tv has Netflix, the place has a convenience store and dining options within the gated area so you’ll feel pretty safe. The best thing about this is that there’s a bridge that connects this building to the mall. Really well worth your buck.

「It’s an ideal location to get immersed in the Philippine culture at 1 min walk from a street giving a ton of options for food, a good coffee place, 2 pharmacies and the unbelievable welcome of locals without all the traps for tourists. At 20-40 min traffic to large malls probably. I highly recommend any traveler who wants to discover life in the Philippines as it is away from the tourist trap to stay at this hotel.
