「The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.」

At around 1 a.m., there were guests constantly opening and closing their room doors, creating a lot of noise. Furthermore, several people were talking loudly and laughing in the hallway, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This lack of consideration for others' comfort was truly disappointing.」

「i get to the hotel and i made sure i reserved a no smoking room and got a room that smelt like it was hotboxed by cigarettes, guy up front wanna charge me 20$ extra on top of the booking to change my room than i go ahead and get another room and they put a charge of 99$ when i didn’t even pay thru them ! 」

「Don’t hesitate to stay here. Great room with comfy beds and a shower that will knock you over compared to other places we stayed. The included breakfast actually had real eggs! 」
