「I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a pretty frustrating experience overall. There were several basic amenities that I expected but were not provided—no complimentary breakfast and no WiFi included, which was disappointing. The room itself was uncomfortably hot, and it was difficult to regulate the temperature. On top of that, the hotel seemed overwhelmed due to multiple events happening at the same time, which made the entire property feel chaotic and disorganized. Parking...

「Hilton used to be real banner of quality, now it is not. Someone’s hair in room, expensive breakfast to order and what’s more they charge parking even we didn’t use parking at all as we didn’t have a car.」

「Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. Wish there were a few more coffee/tea options in the room or quick, easy coffee options in the lobby without needing to go through breakfast purchase options,etc. A business center for printing would’ve been amazing but front desk staff was able to help and went out of their way for me.
