"Rooms are cleaned and organised exceptionally well by the staff. Staff from every section of the hotel has been excellent in the way they deal with guests. Beautiful atmosphere and relaxing hotel. "

" This hotel was completely misrepresented and not suitable for a family of four at all. The description is simply not true — the room can barely accommodate two people, let alone four. The hot water situation was unacceptable. After one person showers, you must wait 15–20 minutes for the heater to recover. For a family of four, this means nearly two hours just to take showers — completely impractical and poorly designed. Cleanliness was also a serious issue. The bed sheets were not clean and had hair from previous guests on them. It was so uncomfortable that I had to cover the bed with my own clothes just to be able to sleep. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel. I only stayed one night out of the 10 nights I had booked because the conditions were intolerable. When I requested a refund, it was refused under “hotel policy.” If misleading guests with false descriptions is part of their policy, that’s extremely concerning. Additionally, the room was not soundproof at all. I was placed behind the front desk and laundry area, and the noise made it nearly impossible to sleep. The balcony was also misleading — it was so small it could barely fit a single chair. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the false advertising, lack of cleanliness, poor amenities, and refusal to address legitimate complaints, I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. "

"Reception staff has some great personnel (like Raouf, Omar & Yousef), while some others like Carla could use more training in customer service and professionalism. Housekeeping staff certainly need more training and tighter supervision over their basic work duties."

"I had a wonderful stay at Settle Inn Mirage Boutique Hotel this past weekend. The hotel is cozy and welcoming, with a warm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Everything was spotless and well‑maintained, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. What impressed me most was how affordable it was without compromising on comfort or quality. The staff were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Egypt."
