「Checking in is a hit or miss depending on when you get there. The rooms are always spacious, clean, and the beds are comfy. Rooms are usually a far walking distance from your parking spot depending on where you are staying at, lots of stairs to go up and down from. 「It a very nice place to stay, probably would’ve been quiet. But there was a lot of kids there for a baseball tournament, and since it rain the whole time. They were playing in the hallway's, yelling at each other from different floors. And the parents did nothing about it, and the staff was not doing anything about it either. 「Property is beautiful, pool was great, casitas were cozy. We had a lovely time and will definitely return. We had a few hiccups but staff was accommodating and very prompt with fixing the issues. The first hiccup was the breaker blew, they were very prompt in coming out and flipping that for us.
