Really liked the property as it was in a cave. Staff really freindly and very helpful. Clean and tidy all round. Stayed bed and breakfast and cooks really went out of their way to cook us different foods everyday especially cause are vegetarian

Amazing location with fantastic views of the town and balloons in the morning. Each room is unique and comfortable with their own private outdoor seating. The staff were so kind and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious

We had a great stay in Miras Hotel; staff is very kind and helpful. The location is great, close to shopping and restaurants, and the most important, an impressive view in the morning just from your room, of the balloons in the sky !!! Maybe the breakfast buffet can be improved, but we found everything we needed. Definitely a great experience !!!

What a lovely hotel! Built into caves with spacious and well maintained rooms. Lovely outdoor space including a pool. Perfect location for watching balloons at sunrise. Staff were super friendly and helped us book activities. Lovely breakfast every day. Short walk into town or up to the sunset viewing point. We would highly recommend this place!

Our stay in Cappadocia was wonderful and surprising. We felt very peaceful sitting outside in the many sitting areas looking at the amazing views. The staff at Miras exceeded expectations and they arranged for all our tours and transportation. Everything was just perfect. The breakfast was excellent and there were many choices for food and beverages. We would highly recommend Miras if you are coming to Cappadocia!

Amazing hotel with a beautiful view. Close to city center . Rooms are very nice. Staff was always there to help us and provide EXCELLENT service . Serkam was very nice and provide good recommendations of restaurantes & places to see. One day he make our eggs for breakfast , so funny . Cem was also very nice taking care of us even though he did’t speak much English. Rana was very nice to. She was very sweet and always asking if we need something ….. If you stay in Goreme , stay at Miras Hotel ( only 7 or 8 rooms ) EXCELENT

Absolutely authentic. Loved watching balloons in the morning and the jetted tub at night were so great after a long day. The rooms are actually cut into the hillside, unlike many imposters in the town. This is a true cave hotel, not a manufactured one. The staff did not speak much English, but did thier best to accommodate and be helpful. Great recommendations where to go and things to do. We were there in the cold season, but if it had been warmer, the pool they have would have been an all-time memory, beautiful. Breakfast was great!

difficult to find daytime reception staff is rude and not helpful We had arranged hot air balloon and was asked to wait at 4:40 am. All hotel guests woke up early and waited at the front of hotel for a coach. But we kept waiting till 5:20 am without any coach to pick us up. We tried to contact the guy through WhatsApp but no response till 5:30 pm. He said the hot air balloon was cancelled due to weather condition !!! Then we went back to sleep AGAIN.

My wife and I recently stayed at Miras Hotel in Cappadocia and were initially impressed with the unique charm of our cave bedroom. However, our experience was marred by several significant issues. We had no hot water at night, as the system turned off automatically and required a call to reactivate, leading to a 15-minute wait. Additionally, the room's heating system was broken, which was particularly problematic as my wife was sick and needed warmth at night. The staff's hospitality was also subpar, with one receptionist being especially unhelpful and little aggressive. These problems significantly impacted our stay, and we hope you will address these issues to improve guest experiences in the future.

We reserved a suite in Miras hotel for three nights, but had to leave the hotel next day because of a moldy smell and high humidity in the room that made our stay inside very unpleasant (for a person with lung or breathing problems even a short presence in that room could be an issue). Ventilation in the room appeared to be very poor despite the fan in the bathroom working all night and windows kept open. We ended up moving a matrass from a bed next to the windows to get more fresh air for the night sleep. Another disappointment upon arrival was the roads closure around the hotel for repaving. Since we were travelling by car, it appeared really difficult to get to the place and find parking spot. Understandably, this repair was beyond the hotel owners control, but certainly we could be warned about this potential problem in advance, especially because I had mentioned that we will need a parking spot when making hotel reservation. In fact, hotel staff contacted me a few times before the arrival suggesting to book a balloon ride. Also at the time of arrival no help was offered with the luggage that needed to be carried uphill and with finding a parking spot nearby. To be fair, the receptionist did finally help when I specifically asked him about this. Also, when leaving the next morning we got help with getting our car close to the hotel entrance.
