I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I paid quite a high price for the honeymoon room, expecting something special, but the room was a huge disappointment. It was just a normal room with nothing romantic or unique about it. To make things worse, the room didn’t have a radiator and it was very cold. The only heating option was an AC unit that made an extremely loud noise, which made it impossible to sleep. Because of the noise, I couldn’t fall asleep until almost 4 a.m. Overall, this experience was very frustrating, especially considering the price I paid for a honeymoon room.I forgot to mention that the room has fireplace and even after I spoke to the reception that is very cold in the room they didn't do nothing, someone came in my room when I wasn't there and closed the door from the bathroom after I arrived and I was in the bathroom,the temperature was like outside. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel.

Wonderful location, close to downtown. We chose one of the ground floor rooms within the walls of the cave, and didnt realise it meant that there would be debris falling on the floor randomly. There is a net over the bed, but be ready for the debris if you choose a cave room.

A Truly Magical Stay – One of the Best Hotels in the World! I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Caftan Cave Suites. I can honestly say it is one of the most incredible hotels I have ever stayed in. • Exceptional Staff: The team is incredibly warm and kind. They helped me with all my tour bookings, making everything so easy. On my final day, they even let me wait in the reception area until my airport shuttle arrived, which I truly appreciated. • Dining: The food at their restaurant is outstanding! Every meal was delicious and definitely a highlight of my trip. • The Room & View: My room was beautiful and gave me the authentic "Cappadocia cave" experience. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. • Mia: I can't forget Mia, the hotel's dog! She is so friendly and cute, a wonderful companion during my stay. If you are visiting Cappadocia, I highly recommend this hotel.

I didn't like the facilities and even less the fact that they took the air conditioning service out of operation, claiming the hotel's "winter policy", even though autumn has barely started and the low temperatures are far from arriving here... I asked them twice to reconsider and they told me to use a fan; result: I literally lost 3 nights of sleep - very little empathy from this hotel towards its guests

It was so hard choosing a hotel since there were sooo many options, but I’m so glad we chose Caftan Caves for our stay. We booked the honeymoon suite, which included a private balcony. The suite was spacious and clean, and the entire design of the hotel is so unique. They also have an excellent view of the hot air balloons in the morning, which made the experience even more magical. Their restaurant is beautifully lit at night and has views of the iconic scenery, making every meal feel special. They also have such a great restaurant! Hamza, Turgun, and the entire team made the stay truly memorable. The cave rooms were cozy and unique, offering an authentic Cappadocia stay. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality from the staff, they were so kind and accommodating throughout my visit. Turgun was especially kind and helped us arrange both the shuttle and our hot air balloon trip. We were worried about missing our flight the next morning if we did the balloon tour, but he took care of everything, and since we were going to miss breakfast, he even arranged for sandwiches to take with us.A special thank you as well to Zeynep, who prepared the most amazing breakfast, it was always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start each day while enjoying the incredible views. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and unforgettable experience! Most people come to Cappadocia for a few days so it’s crucial to get your hotel right!

Really enjoyed this cave hotel. Breakfast was on the rooftop and if one wakes up early enough, can watch the balloons at sunrise. More beautiful than any pics. Beds were comfy and rain Shower was wonderful.

The property is location in a very walkable area. You can see balloons in the morning from the terrace. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was on the terrace early morning - the only complaint was that it was very hot in August to eat at the terrace. However, the breakfast was good. The only complaint is that the ceiling kept on shedding dirt.

Excellent location, great view from the terrance

I stayed 2 nights in the Caftan hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. Its location is excellent. Close to everything. The Terrance is breathtaking. The ambiance at dinner time is so lovely! Very clean, staff is very nice - special nod to Ayşe who helped me sort out ola few activities bookings! Only one thing I wish was different is the lighting in the bathroom, it is not enough in my opinion.

Hotel posto proprio nel centro dell’affollata Goreme. Terrazza per la cena e colazione con vista strepitosa. Camera molto comoda su due piani adatta ad una famiglia di 4 persone, in parte scavata nella roccia. Unico neo, nel bagno non c’è una ventola né finestra dopo le docce si forma una gran quantità di umidità.

The staff at Caftan Cave Suites were really great. Turgun welcomed us and gave us a lot of information from things to see in Goreme and also in the Capadoccia region in general since we were travelling with a toddler. Zeynep, Ayshe and Barkay were always lovely to see in the morning during breakfast and were so lovely. Halil and Hamza we would see in the evenings and they would interact with our son so well. Overall a great place to stay with amazing views of the hot air balloons in the morning from the terrace and breakfast was a great spread. Would come back here again!
