We loved our stay at Kismet Cave Mansion. This family run hotel is well located near the center of the town and very comfortable. From the minute that you book a room, to arranging your tours, to home-made breakfasts, this family proudly meets your every need with a smile. Faruk, his family, and their fabulous retreat are incredible. Kismet Cave Mansion is an absolute must when you are staying in Goreme.

Service is excellent, they make sure you’re comfortable and all your needs are met, it is within walking distance to the city center and their terrace provides excellent view of the hot air balloons. I strongly recommend this hotel

Great hotel. The staff were excellent and extremely hospitable. The view from the terrace is great to see the balloons and not too crowded like some of the others we saw. Good location and easy to be picked up for activities. Only thing is there is no air con in the rooms, just fans which were very noisy even on low.

Lovely staff

Hotel was well placed, a tad basic but in good condition and not with crazy decoration like some other cave hotels. The staff was super helpful and so lovely with our 2 yo. We stayed in a family room with our toddler which was semi split in half and allowed us to enjoy our evenings.

Our stay at Alia Cave Hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us with any of our requests. The terrace areas offered stunning views, making it a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast buffet was thoughtfully catered to our vegetarian preferences, ensuring we had plenty of options. We felt very welcome and we appreciated the personalised service throughout. We highly recommend this place for anybody visiting Cappadocia.

This was my first time staying in a cave hotel it definitely something i’d recommend if you are in Cappadocia. The hotel provided shuttle buses to and from the airport and activities for during your stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. However keep in mind due to the fact that it is a cave the wifi was really spotty and the hot water in the bathroom wasn’t really hot. Other than that we really enjoyed our visit there!

The hotel is in a nice place. The views are nice, you can see hot air ballons flying in the valley from this hotel. The hotel is 5-7 mins walk to the nearby restaurants, cafes and market. The staff was very helpful. Helped me book all tours and airport transfers. We booked the honeymoon suite. The room was very very big and we loved it. However, the shower broked the first day. We had to use the shower pipe to shower everyday. The breakfast has very limited options. They have the same items everyday. The staff is good though. Very welcoming and helpful. Our room did not have air conditioning. I dont know about other rooms. The rooms are extremely queit to the point that anyone could hear us from outside. The bed was very old and squeaky. The jonemoon suite had a jacuzzi which was amazinh. Overall, we liked the stay, but it could use some improvements.

Excellent view of the balloons from the terrace in the morning. Cave room was as expected. May not be to all tastes, but fitted out with all amenities. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

Hotel is nice and the rooms are very big. No air con but they do provide a fan in the room. Breakfast was the same each day but the restaurant service was good. Hotel is located close to town centre (about 5 - 10 mins walk).

I hired somebody from the hotel to pick me up at the airport. They dropped me off at the wrong hotel. They couldn’t send somebody else to pick me up therefore I had to walk myself to the right hotel. Terrible! The included breakfast is bad. The rooms don’t have AC and literally we cooked at night.

カッパドキアでの3泊4日、Kismet Cave Mansion に滞在しましたが、本当に素晴らしい時間でした！ 家族経営の温かさに溢れていて、特にオーナーのファルクさんには大変お世話になりました。ファルクさんとたくさん話せたことはとても楽しい時間でした。アキフさんとはブドウ畑に一緒に出かけ、とても楽しい思い出になりましたし、すごく素敵な方でした。ユスフさんは、空港からホテルに到着したときに温かく迎えてくださり、ツアーの説明も丁寧で安心できました。シャーヒンさんも親切に接してくださり、さらに奥様も娘さんも、優しいお人柄でした。 お部屋は洞窟ならではの雰囲気で快適に過ごせ、朝テラスから眺めた気球の景色は一生忘れられないほど感動的でした。 ですが何より印象に残ったのは、この素敵なご家族の温かなおもてなしです。心から感謝しています。素敵なご家族と出会えたことが１番の思い出です。 またカッパドキアを訪れる際は、必ずここに滞在したいと思います。
