"The hotel is a lovely looking hotel & space but believe me for a 5 star hotel the service & communal area were overwhelming with rudeness, abrupt or clueless staff, mess all around n the floors in the Lounge & at breakfast. "Excellent location and price. Room was quite large especially for it being a city center property. Room needed to be cleaner. There were sunflower seed shells on the carpet. Bathroom lacked shelving and hooks to hang towels."
