The location of the hotel is really great - close to everything. You can walk to the Old City in 20 minutes. Lots of dining options around. Really enjoyed the comfortable bed and nice shower. They also gave free water and slippers which was very nice! The only negative thing is the construction which is right in front of the hotel, but nothing you can do...

I was at City Center from Florida to stay in Jerusalem 7 days. It was awesome. The location is perfect. It is safe, clean. dining options transportation. Shopping. Culture. Front desk always nice and willing to help. Room had a feont window anda balcony.

Its was comfortable and the room was bigger than i thought. i had the 45th room and it was spacious. the lobby could be better but probably the m2 in jerusalem is very expensive.

Disappointed that room was not ready by 3.00 p.m check in time. Although there were notices for no smoking in the room, there was a distinct smell of cigarettes on the floor and in the room. Overall, the staff were excellent - very helpful at all times and overall our stay was very good value for money.

Very convenient location. Near everything! Safe area too.. Shower hot water runs out after a bit- so no long showers.. Apparently they're doing construction cuz of rain damage but in the meantime the ceiling was crumbling from water damage. Curtains are old and dirty. You have everything you need in the room but nothing fancy and they don't change linens unless requested, even though I was there for 2 weeks! Overall it served the purpose and it was a decent stay but it could definitely use some work. Inside microwave wasn't cleaned before me. At check-in there was no one there, so I had to wait a while till he came which was kind of annoying cuz I was exhausted after a long flight. Staff was nice for the most part. You get what you pay for. No frills but u have what ever u need in the room....

The room smelled extremely clean when we arrived, even though they were doing construction on the street outside, the staff was very accommodating and they all spoke good English since we speak no Hebrew this really helped. We were very happy about everything with the room. The location was very close to the old city and to the shuk market we had bought a Rav-kav card to use on the light rail and buses and it was easy to use and refill; there are alot of restaurants within walking distance. Given the chance we will stay there again.
Our room, we just had a one bedroom, the beds can be separated into two singles, but they must have a good system for joining them because it was very comfortable and they provided a total of four pillows, which was great.
The Grill Restaurant was Amazing!

Only one person was there to greet us. It is a limited service facility. Unfortunately for them, the city is expanding construction of the Light Rail on the street in front of the apartment/hotel, so the noise of the construction begins Sunday morning soon after 7 a.m. The room was clean, bed comfortable, helpful to have efficiency kitchen. Location is excellent, so overall a good value.

Nice hotel, great location

I had a positive experience at City Center Hotel. The room was clean, though small; the service was pleasant, but best of all was the location- truly the center of Jerusalem.

couldnt open the balcony door- but the upside was that there was no traffic on the street as it was all dug up. However, pleasantly surprised about the room. The bed was comfy, linens were nice, well appointed bathroom and kitchenette.

Really like this hotel, it exceeded our expectations. Exceptionally clean with comfortable beds. Wonderful location close to public transit, cafes, and restaurants. Friendly staff. Only item to be aware of is street traffic can be a bit loud.
