「I like it」

「I had a good experience. My kids loved staying there for their soccer tournament」

「The lady working the front desk was super nice and helpful, however I don’t think she could have helped that room. The room was incredibly dirty, it smelt like old feet and sweat when walked in - it was pretty cold that night and they had said their main heaters were out of order and had provided space heaters, well that didn’t work either… Unfortunately I dropped something on the floor and was using my flashlight to look for it under the bed…. Oh my…. The amount of food and garbage under...

「Bad bad bad bad bad bad」

「All staff members have no smiles.」

「 We stayed for just one night, checked out after breakfast, and it felt great. The room was clean, and the service attitude was also excellent.」
