「Valèrie and her family were wonderful and very accommodating. The top floor of the property was wonderful for our stay and the house was beautifully presented. They were more than happy to share their recommendations for dinner, I wish we were staying longer, and would definitely return in the future.」

「The public areas were recently renovated and they look they look nice and up to date. Otherwise it is a standard Novotel business hotel.」

「This hotel was overall a good place to stay and not too expensive, so it's something I'd recommend.   Facility was nice and clean.  Plus it was convenient having a restaurant and workout room onsite as well. Location was convenient to city center, so there was a good selection of food within walking distance.」

「The guys working the front desk were very helpful, kind, and polite to a couple of frazzled and exhausted Americans who got there very late at night. Good breakfast, very clean and efficient room. 」

「要在指定時間check-in，做的員工很慢排長龍，check-in時話我們的房未比錢，其實是酒店未過數。房間很細，插頭只有二個，房中冷氣很細，另一間只有風無冷氣，即時同酒店員工反映，員工答應跟進，返回酒店發現仍無冷氣，再找員工幫忙，其中一員工到房睇堅持話剛開所以感覺唔到，但過一段時間仍只有風，再找員工時原來已放工無任何人幫手，這晚只有熱一晚，員工這樣極無責任心。」
