"Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was so good- so much choice. Close to Aldi the tram that takes you into centre. The Turkish restaurant (Istanbul restaurant the 2 local Greek restaurants are really good and decent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the chef was such a good character - always offered us a choice of eggs/checked our breakfast was ok and spoke to us gave great recommendations. Absolutely brilliant for our visit to the Zag arena where we watched a concert and trams are very frequent to and from the hotel stop"

"A/c was broken, room was sweltering. Fortunately the windows opened. Receptionist got quite cross when we had to chase him for more pillows for the bed, which was a bit of a shock. The pool was freezing but it was very hot so it was quite refreshing. We didn't have breakfast but a Caesar's salad that we ordered for lunch bore little relation to Caesar's salad as you might know it - limp green lettuce leaves and swamped in dressing. Not a great location unless you need to be at or near the hospital. Some great options for restaurants about a half hour walk away. Not terrible but not good enough."
