The room was nicely updated, no charging ports by the bed. Our room was on the first floor (technically 2nd floor) and people smoked right below, so we weren’t able to have the windows open without a strong cigarette smell. The hotel and room also had a weird smell that I didn’t like, not a bad smell, just strong and almost flowery, like potpourri.

We stayed there for two night and what a great service overall! Sweet people, great comfy room and great breakfast! Loved that is was dog friendly!

A little gem! DORMERO was unknown to us before booked. So surprised to have such a spacious room, nice bed and shower with pressure for this price. Dogs free of charge, dog friendly staff, free minibar, free coffee and so on. Will definitively consider DORMERO later!

Clean, comfortable. For those of you in the USA, the vibe is very much like the TRU hotels. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that the parking area is very small and spaces not painted, so cars were parked at random angles causing several precious spaces to be unusable and we had to wait for someone to leave before there was room to park. But otherwise I really liked it.

Very helpfull and polite staff that provided all the information we needed. The hotell was new or newly renovated, ropmes were equipped with all you need : fridge, safebox huge tv and hairdryer. In the hall there is a coffe machine, water and fruits free of charge. There are many cafees and a big shopping center just around the corner. Huge and comfortable bed, the place is just 8 min walk from the train station. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you😊

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are outstanding. Breakfast buffet is vey good The reception is not always staffed so if you have any issues could pose problem's. My only negative of the property is it advertises a bar but when you want to order a drink when coming in at night we were advised a few times that it is not open and you can only order a bottle of beer.

After 11pm, the hotel web site states the lobby is not staffed and they would advise of special arrangements. I emailed 24 hrs i advance for instructions. I emailed the day of my arrival. I never got a response. I was locked out of the lobby. Lucky for me, a guest saw me and let me in. Pointed me towards a stack of envelopes with names on them and keys inside. I dug mine out. I then had to let other guests in who were checking in late and were trying to get a response from the hotel.

Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns unsere Wünsche bezüglich der Lage und Etage für unser Doppelzimmer zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Wir kommen regelmäßig hier her. Schön wäre noch wenn es Hotelparkplätze geben würde!

Wir sind regelmäßig in dem Hotel, um unsere Tochter und Schwiegersohn in Hannover zu besuchen. Wir sind sehr gern in dem Hotel, weil das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt und wir grundsätzlich zufrieden sind. Man bekommt abends leider schlecht einen Parkplatz, weil die Kinogänger oder Besucher des China-Restaurants auf dem Parkplatz stehen. In Haus 6 oder 7 roch es oft unangenehm nach Essensabfällen aus den Mülleimern des China-Restaurants. Das ist etwas besser geworden. Die Tür zu den Mülltonnen stand aber leider wieder offen. Vielleicht können Sie da nochmal das Gespräch suchen. Bei 3 Nächten Aufenthalt wäre es schön, wenn es ein mal frische Handtücher gäbe. Dies nur zu Ihrer Information, denn sonst ist alles bestens. Wir freuen uns, den gratis Kaffee aus dem Automaten ziehen zu können, und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Betreffend ein Zimmer in Haus 8. Das Bad hat sehr muffig gerochen. Keine Ablagefläche in Reichweite der Toilette. Notausgangstür direkt neben dem Kopfkissen führt zu einem unangenehmen Gefühl beim Schlafen. Der Eingang liegt hinter dem Hotel in einer dunklen Ecke, die nur spärlich beleuchtet. Der Eingangsbereich dort ist nicht kamera-überwacht. Die Tür unten schließt nicht automatisch. Darauf sollte man achten, damit keine fremden Leute ins Haus kommen.

Wir hatten ein schönes sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon.Leider ging die Tür vom Flur zum Wohnzimmer nicht zu! Auch der Toilettensitz war lose! Das Einkaufszentrum gleich nebenan bietet alles was man braucht, auch lecker Essen!

Super sauber und zweckmäßige Zimmer. Hervorragendes Frühstück und sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Ich hatte erst ein Zimmer mit defektem Schloss / Zarge. Ohne Probleme wurde ein Tausch veranlasst und eine schnelle Reparatur geprüft. Es gab auch ein persönliches Feedback dazu. 👍 Ich komme gern wieder.

Mein Mann und ich sind oft in Hannover. Wenn wir in Hannover sind, buchen wir immer das Dormero in Langenhagen. Es ist ruhig, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Parkmöglichkeiten und eine kurze Fahrt bis in den Citykern von Hannover. Wenn man Sonderwünsche hat, wird auch dies erfüllt - ganz unkompliziert, danke an die Dame an der Rezeption beim Check-In :)

Gutes Hotel mit Makeln

Hotel und Personal gut und freundlich. Die Bäder müssten mal erneuert werden, das sie einige Defekte und Beschädigungen ausweisen. Das Frühstück für 18€ ist eine absolute Frechheit. Kaum Auswahl an Brötchen und Belag. Meistens ist der eine Kaffeevollautomat, den es gibt, defekt.
