Beautiful property, the restaurant is excellent as is the complimentary breakfast. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, particularly Lars and Lou.

Wonderful family owned traditional hotel with excellent restaurant.

I stumbled upon Sombea during a trip through Southern Germany, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the restaurant is delicious. If I find that my travels take be back to the Schwarzwald, I will be staying at Sombea again.

Unbelievable on all accounts. Great gym, pools, restaurants, food, covered amenities, etc.

A very nice, big room with a fan, and a fridge.

This is an amazing property out in the country. We loved the spacious rooms and the breakfast!!

Probably one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. The building is only a few years old. The suite was clean, quiet, comfortable, and huge. Ample room for a family of 4 with luggage. The bathroom was large and beautiful. The staff was very polite, professiinal, and helpful. We did not eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. The hotel is very quiet at night and the town goes to sleep at dark and you cannot hear any outside noise. There is a wonderful bakery about 30 second walk from...

Modern, well renovated. Area was okay. Close to a good Irish pub with good food and drinks. The parking was pretty tight for our van and it was difficult to park. However there was no outside parking an available so we had to pay to park.

Everything was absolutely perfect, and believe me, I’m not easy to please. All rooms have been renovated and are super nice, the TV was working perfectly and is brand new, the breakfast buffet was excellent and very economically priced. The hotel is also right in downtown, so you can walk through this wonderful old German town and also visit some of the local restaurants and supermarkets and of course, the spring of the Danube, which is right in this little town. The restaurant attendant, who...
