This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was very good too. All the staff we met were polite and helpful. It was a comfortable stay and not far to walk to the super tram stop for the access to the Arena. Also, it is a short distance to walk to town and train station.
