I’ve based everything 5star on the basis of the price paid £107 for 1 night for a family of 5. It was very easy to get to and parking was perfect as we have a trailer. "The front desk and concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. Being from the states we were slightly worried about communication. They understood and spoke English very well which made check in and parking much easier. Valet services for personal cars were helpful as well. The room was beautiful and better than our expectations. A lot of features that we wished to have in hotels in the states, such as towel dryers and do not disturb buttons. The rooms appeared to be cleaned twice daily and well maintained. I will definitely be back with friends for our next trip to Bordeaux. Highly recommended. My only negative comment is it is a bit far of a walking distance from the main city areas but otherwise that helps keep the hotel area very quiet."
