Staff is topnotch! They are so friendly, helpful and welcoming! Hotel is very nice and clean. The outdoor area is a perfect way to unwind after a long roadtrip. We loved it so much we continue to come back whenever possible.

It was great! Woman behind the desk was super helpful. Accepted a package I had shipped for business and it went smoothly. Super clean.

Breakfast and rhe room was great

The facility was clean with no objectionable odors. Lights, appliances and plumbing all functioned as they should. The bed was comfortable and smelled fresh and clean. The TV remote actually worked and was not sticky or grungy.

Hotel very nice Im guessing lack of workers contributed to trash pile up and breakfast foods running out.

Needs better circulation in room. Kids where complaining that they where hot on the other side of the room from ac. Room ac was set on 60 to help with situation.. don't know why hotels don't have fans in there rooms.

Clean and professional staff , the Breakfast was great choices

Very nice big room, and quiet. Downsides were the pool hours (didn’t open until 9 & closed at 9). The dryer set a high heat was extremely high that it burned our clothes leaving a burnt smell in them. They were so incredibly hot that I could barely touch the clothes when I tried taking them out of the dryer. Also, A LOT of dogs were at the property. I love dogs, but there were so many all over the hotel.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly service.

My husband and I stay a night at this hotel as many times as we can! Customer service is excellent! Room is always clean. The in-doot heated pool needs no explanation!😁

beautiful location. It's a simple lodge, no pools or any of that, but it's in a beautiful location with plenty of outdoor exploring to do. Every room has a view of the mountains!

Initially there was a problem with the reservation. I was confirmed for one king size bed and when we arrived the front desk said it was two double beds. I showed my confirmation that was sent via email, explained my husband was very tall, they put us in an available one king size bed room. Very service oriented and we stayed an extra night.

We enjoyed waking up to the rooster and wandering the property to meet the other animals. The cabin was clean and had a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and small refrigerator. The last stretch is a gravel road. Lots to explore in the area. The property is very secluded and quiet. We hope to make a return trip.

The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. The room was nice, clean, quiet, and best of all CLEAN!! There was 1 OUTSTANDING element of this hotel, Mama Fran!! I rarely, if ever, write hotel reviews and never will they be about the breakfast service but this woman made me change that trend. She embodies all that you think a typical, older, Southern woman should be and that is not a insult in the slightest.. I wish she was my grandmother and i LOVE my grandma. Mama Fran made me feel so...

Our stay was made extra special with a room upgrade and a camp fire on Saturday night. Over all our stay was very relaxing and pleasant. It would have been perfect except for the noise from the holiday weekend motorcycle traffic going to and from the mountains.

As a business traveller for the past 12 years I would rank this hotel very close to the top of my list.

Forest Hills is in a quiet mountain setting surrounded by beautiful peacefulness of nature. Driving in you are greeted by stunning horses and friendly cats near the offices. The rooms are cozy, beds were comfy and staff super friendly and welcoming

Very nice staff! Nice and quiet for relaxation. No complaints! Housekeepers were very friendly and front desk even upgraded our room for us!
