「I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing... their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available... on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...」

Not sure if this was a one time situation, when we stayed, but this time we were awoken by the loud sound of men, laughing, and speaking loudly, at about 4am in the morning…This went on for about 2 hours. Sounded like a party right outside the building, but very close to our room. Very disruptive, especially if you need rest for long trip next day. I hope this was a one-time thing- and we don’t experience that in...
