The staff including their trainees are very pleasant, respectful, courteous and accommodating. We've been to different locations of Days Hotel Wyndham but Days Hotel Iloilo City is so far the best in those aspects I mentioned above. Good price, good service

The front desk are amazing !!! Very friendly and helpful. Rest of staff was also courteous. I think hotel needs seperate lane instead of waiting in line to check in, few spots reserved for hotel guests since I was paying to come there unlike other visitors

This was our first time back in 4 years. Covid put everything on hold and screwed all our plans. However, it's always a pleasure to be back at Days Hotel Iloilo. The staff is always first class, front desk, housekeeping, guards, absolutely everyone. Looking forward to our next visit, hopefully before the end of the year!
